ATTN Students - COVID Report Form
Northeast State has set procedures in place to safeguard the wellbeing and safety of the college. The college’s COVID Report form must be completed when:
1. You have recently been tested for COVID-19,
2. You are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or
3. You have been in close contact (within 6’ for 10 minutes or longer) of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
The COVID Report Form is also located on Northeast State’s homepage.
The college’s Student Wellness Contact, Denise Walker, will call or email you, then work with you and your faculty on class attendance and assignments. All information shared with the Wellness Contact, or other faculty/administrators of the College, will be kept strictly confidential.

Brightspace D2L username will be the first part of your NSTCC student e-mail address. EX: jesmith12@stumail.northeaststate.edu, D2L username will be jesmith12. Lookup your username by clicking here.
Brightspace D2L password will be your 6-digit date of birth in the format MMDDYY - EX: July 3, 2002 - 070302 - When requesting a password reset, please include your student ID (900#), username and date of birth. Use your Northeast State Student e-mail when requesting a password reset for quicker service as this provides verification of your identity.
